The Zé Luís Solidarity Project presents Ilha Brava's financial report
Pawtucket City, October 12, 2025 (Bravanews) - The Zé Luís Solidarity Project has announced its financial report for Brava Island, revealing a substantial amount of support delivered to the island over the first nine months of the year. From January 1 to September 2025, the project channeled a total of 691,721 CVE (Cape Verdean escudos) in donations to Brava.
This significant figure demonstrates the initiative's ongoing impact on the Bravense community, translating into direct support for various needs on the island. The Zé Luís Solidarity Project has been known for its solidarity work, mobilizing resources to help the most vulnerable populations in Cape Verde.
The organization made a point of expressing its deep gratitude to all those who contributed, stressing that the success of the actions is a direct result of the generosity of its supporters. "The project thanks everyone who is supporting us and helping us to help. Thank you all. Gratitude indeed," says the statement.
